A huge city high school needed a reimagination, as two campuses, a half mile apart, were being fully integrated. We helped the Alexandria City Public Schools in Virginia see their school as a “university model” with Academies instead of colleges, and Pathways instead of majors. This gives students choices that build a much stronger sense of belonging.
